Terms of Use

Instrument Depot has the right to suspend or terminate access to all or part of our services for any reason without notice. We may also change, suspend or discontinue all or any part of our services.

Prices: All prices are listed and payable in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notice except when quoted, in writing, for a specific duration of time. Otherwise prices in effect at the time an order is received will apply. Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes and transportation charges. Prices and shipping terms are F.O.B. point of shipment. Title to all materials passes to the purchaser on delivery by us to the initial carrier. Claims for damage, loss, etc., must be filed against the carrier. Great care has been given to provide you with the most current and accurate information. However, occasionally an unintentional error may occur. For that reason we are not held responsible for typographical or pricing/misprint errors.

Payment Terms: Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit and purchasing cards are accepted.

Cancellation: Orders received and accepted by Instrument Depot cannot be canceled except on terms that will compensate us for any loss incurred as a result. All cancellations should be confirmed by email, postal mail or fax.

Returned Goods: A 'Returned Goods Authorization' (RGA) must be issued by Instrument Depot prior to the return of any materials. Any returned goods request must be made within 30 days after receipt. A restocking charge may be applied to the credit for returned material. Manufacturers’ returned goods policies apply. Returned goods must be received in the same condition as originally shipped in original containers/packaging.
