Returned Goods: A ‘Returned Goods Authorization’ (RGA) must be issued by Instrument Depot prior to the return of any materials. Any returned goods request must be made within 30 days after receipt. A restocking charge may be applied to the credit for returned material. Manufacturers’ returned goods policies apply. Returned goods must be received in the same condition as originally shipped in original containers/packaging.
