PORTACAL® Silane (SiH₄) Calibration Gas is designed for the calibration, bump testing, and verification of compatible silane gas detectors, SiH₄ sensors, and monitoring instruments.

Steel cylinders are for non-reactive calibration gases only. Aluminum cylinders are for reactive calibration gases only, regardless of cylinder size. Please verify the gas type and cylinder material when selecting your calibration gas.
