The Gastec Hot Probe is a cooling device for measuring hot gases (60 to 600oC) such as exhaust from vehicles and incinerators by cooling them down to ordinary temperatures.

The narrow probe is 19.3 inches (49 centimeters) long, enabling you to remain a significant distance away from the hot gases. With both vertical and horizontal support, the Hot Probe can be held in any direction and used in hard-to-reach spaces.
