The 1000 PPM Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) and 50 PPM Carbon Monoxide (CO) Calibration Gas Mixture is designed for the calibration, bump testing, and verification of compatible multi-gas detectors, CO₂ sensors, CO sensors, and gas monitoring instruments.

This two-component calibration gas provides known concentrations of carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide for testing compatible gas detection equipment. It is suitable for instruments equipped to monitor both CO₂ and CO, helping verify that sensors are functioning and responding properly.

Calibration Gas Mixture

  • Carbon Dioxide (CO₂): 1000 PPM

  • Carbon Monoxide (CO): 50 PPM

  • Gas Type: Non-Reactive Gas Only

  • Application: CO₂ and CO sensor calibration and bump testing

  • Compatible Equipment: Appropriate carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, and multi-gas detection and monitoring instruments

Common Applications

This CO₂/CO calibration gas mixture is suitable for compatible equipment used in multi-gas detector calibration, carbon dioxide sensor calibration, carbon monoxide sensor calibration, gas detector bump testing, indoor air quality monitoring, confined space monitoring, industrial hygiene, environmental monitoring, occupational safety, and workplace gas detection applications.

Always verify the required gas concentrations, cylinder connection, flow rate, and regulator compatibility for your specific gas detection instrument before use.

Cylinder Material Notice

Steel cylinders are for non-reactive calibration gases only. Aluminum cylinders are for reactive calibration gases only, regardless of cylinder size. Please verify the gas type and cylinder material when selecting your calibration gas.

Tip: Check the Specifications tab for a visual chart of available cylinder sizes, materials, pressures, dimensions, valve inlets, and regulator compatibility.
