and Shipping Information |
- We usually
ship your order the day we receive it.
- On occasion
we may be temporarily out of stock of an item. If that
happens, we will contact you within one business day of your
order and give you an estimated ship date for your items.
- We ship
all orders via UPS GroundTrac, unless you tell us otherwise. Shipping
and handling costs are shown below.
- We ship
hazardous materials via FedEx or FedEx Air only. The
U.S. government (CFR, Part 49) classifies gas cylinders as
hazardous shipments.
- Air shipments,
international orders and hazardous materials charges (for gas
cylinders) carry additional fees that are not computed by the
shopping cart software.
- You will
receive an email with your shipping tracking number the day
we ship it to you.

| Prices: All
prices are listed and payable in US Dollars. Prices
are subject to change without prior notice except when
quoted, in writing, for a specific duration of time. Otherwise
prices in effect at the time an order is received will
apply.
Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes and transportation
charges. Prices and shipping terms are F.O.B. point of
shipment. Title to all materials passes to the purchaser
on delivery by us to the initial carrier. Claims for
damage, loss, etc., must be filed against the carrier. |
| Payment
Terms: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
credit and purchasing cards are accepted. |
| Cancellation: Orders
received and accepted by Instrument Depot® cannot
be canceled except on terms that will compensate us for any
loss incurred as a result. All cancellations should
be confirmed by email, postal mail or fax. |
| Change
Orders: Customer-initiated changes to purchase
order specifications are subject to any corresponding price
adjustments. |
| Drop
Shipments: Emergency or rush orders requiring
drop shipment from the factory may necessitate additional
charges. Consult our customer service department
for details. |
| Returned
Goods/Repair Order Policy: A "Returned Goods
Authorization" (RGA) must be issued by Instrument
Depot® prior to the return of any materials. Contact
our customer service department for the necessary authorization. Any
returned goods request must be made within 30 days after
receipt. A restocking charge may be applied to the
credit for returned material. Manufacturers' returned
goods policies apply. The return of parts older than
one year is subject to refusal. Return of sensors,
tubes, and dosimeters older than three months is subject
to shelf life of the product. Returned goods must
be received in the same condition as originally shipped. Repair
orders must be accompanied by an RGA, and for warranty
repairs, the date/invoice number of the original purchase. |
